SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Aleksandr Chernysh PR (PIB: 114199149) provides worldwide shipping for all products purchased from flyfisherfun.com under the conditions outlined below.
1. DELIVERY WITHIN SERBIA (DOMESTIC SHIPPING)
- Carrier: Local courier services (Bex, Post Express, DExpress, Aks).
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the package weight and courier tariffs, or applied as a flat rate.
- Important Note: Delivery within Serbia is combined with the Cash on Delivery (Plaćanje pouzećem) payment method. A valid local Serbian mobile phone number is strictly required at checkout so the courier can contact you before delivery.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE & WORLDWIDE)
We ship worldwide to destinations served by international postal and courier logistics. Average delivery times depend on the country of destination:
- Europe: 5–25 business days
- USA / Canada: 10–25 business days
- Other Destinations: 10–30 business days
3. SHIPPING COSTS (INTERNATIONAL)
International shipping costs are dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout before the final payment. Costs depend heavily on the destination country, chosen shipping tier, and the total weight of the package.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For all international orders shipped outside of Serbia, the buyer (recipient) is solely responsible for any potential customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country's customs authorities.
5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is processed and dispatched, a tracking number (if supported by the postal service for your destination) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY
We shall not be held liable or responsible for any delivery delays, packages held by customs, or logistical failures caused by third-party international postal services, national custom checkpoints, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
