<h1>REFUND, RETURN, AND COMPLAINTS POLICY</h2>

<p>Aleksandr Chernysh PR (PIB: 114199149) ensures a transparent return and complaints process for all purchases on flyfisherfun.com in full compliance with international e-commerce regulations and the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.</p>

<h3>1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (14-DAY RETURN PERIOD)</h3>
<p>The buyer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the ordered product within <strong>14 days</strong> from the date of receiving the package, without giving any specific reason.</p>

<h3>2. RETURN CONDITIONS</h3>
<p>To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must fulfill the following criteria:</p>

<li>It must be completely <strong>unused</strong> and unworn.</li>
<li>It must be <strong>undamaged</strong> and in its original condition.</li>
<li>It must be returned strictly in its <strong>original packaging</strong>.</li>

<h3>3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS</h3>
<p>The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is necessitated by a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item dispatched).</p>

<h3>4. REFUND PROCESS BY PAYMENT METHOD</h3>
<p>Once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item, a refund will be issued depending on your original payment method:</p>

<li><strong>For International Orders (PayPal):</strong> The refund will be credited back directly to your original <strong>PayPal account</strong> used during checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to process.</li>
<li><strong>For Domestic Orders (Serbia - Cash on Delivery):</strong> In compliance with Serbian tax and financial regulations, refunds for cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be paid in cash or via PayPal. The refund will be issued via direct bank transfer to the customer's <strong>Serbian dinar bank account (Tekući račun)</strong>. The buyer must provide a valid 18-digit account number and the account holder's full name to our support team.</li>

<h3>5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS (REKLAMACIJE)</h3>
<p>Customers have the right to file an official complaint/claim under the following circumstances:</p>
<ul>
<li>The product arrived damaged during transit.</li>
<li>The package contained a completely wrong product (incorrect delivery).</li>
<li>The item has a clear manufacturing defect.</li>
</ul>

<h3>6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY</h3>

<li>Custom-made, personalized, or individually requested product variations are legally excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.</li>
<li><strong>Handmade Nature Notice:</strong> Since all fishing flies are strictly handmade, minor and minimal variations from the website photographs are normal. These artisanal characteristics are not considered factory defects or valid grounds for complaints.</li>
