REFUND, RETURN, AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Aleksandr Chernysh PR (PIB: 114199149) ensures a transparent return and complaints process for all purchases on flyfisherfun.com in full compliance with international e-commerce regulations and the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.


1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (14-DAY RETURN PERIOD)

The buyer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the ordered product within 14 days from the date of receiving the package, without giving any specific reason.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • It must be completely unused and unworn.
  • It must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned strictly in its original packaging.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is necessitated by a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item dispatched).


4. REFUND PROCESS BY PAYMENT METHOD

Once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item, a refund will be issued depending on your original payment method:

  • For International Orders (PayPal): The refund will be credited back directly to your original PayPal account used during checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to process.
  • For Domestic Orders (Serbia - Cash on Delivery): In compliance with Serbian tax and financial regulations, refunds for cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be paid in cash or via PayPal. The refund will be issued via direct bank transfer to the customer's Serbian dinar bank account (Tekući račun). The buyer must provide a valid 18-digit account number and the account holder's full name to our support team.

5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS (REKLAMACIJE)

Customers have the right to file an official complaint/claim under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The package contained a completely wrong product (incorrect delivery).
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect.

To file a complaint, please send clear photographs of the issue along with your order number to sale@fisherfun.com within 24 hours of delivery.


6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

  • Custom-made, personalized, or individually requested product variations are legally excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Handmade Nature Notice: Since all fishing flies are strictly handmade, minor and minimal variations from the website photographs are normal. These artisanal characteristics are not considered factory defects or valid grounds for complaints.
