1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By accessing and using this website, the user fully accepts and agrees to bound by these Terms and Conditions.



2. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS
We sell handmade fishing flies. Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our products, minimal variations, differences, or minor deviations from the product photographs displayed on the website are possible and shall not be considered defects.



3. PRICES AND CURRENCY REGULATION
All prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

    
For Domestic Orders (Serbia): In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, all local transactions are settled and displayed strictly in Serbian Dinars (RSD).
    
For International Orders (Europe & Worldwide): Prices are processed and displayed in international currencies (EUR or USD).




4. ORDERING PROCESS
An order is considered valid and accepted only after confirmation by our system. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in the event of technical errors, incorrect pricing representation, or suspected misuse/fraud.



5. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment options are dynamically available based on the customer's shipping destination:

    
International Shipping: Payments are securely processed via PayPal in EUR/USD.
    
Shipping Within Serbia: Payments are processed strictly via Cash on Delivery (Plaćanje pouzećem) upon delivery. In compliance with local currency regulations, PayPal is not supported for domestic shipments within Serbia.




6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery is carried out via courier and postal services. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, local custom regulations, and third-party logistics conditions.



7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be held liable for any delivery delays, damages, or issues caused by the performance of independent local courier services, international postal carriers, or country-specific customs clearance processes.
